Our CEO and dedicated leader embarked on his real estate journey in 2003 and immersed himself in property management since 2005. His dedication and expertise led him to become a licensed broker in 2010, which paved the way for him to establish his own successful real estate firm. With over two decades of industry experience, he stands out as a leader in sales, real estate, and property management. His multifaceted role as a landlord, real estate investor, and trusted broker highlights his deep commitment to the field. Beyond business, Ivan cherishes family moments, indulges in world travel, enjoys boating, and explores diverse cultures. His passion for both his profession and personal interests makes him a dynamic and inspiring figure within our organization.

Our Operating Officer, a proud UCF graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She joined our team in 2012 and earned her real estate license in 2016. As COO, she expertly manages financial planning, accounting, and overseas operations. Janeth's blend of discipline and diplomacy defines her approach, making her an invaluable asset to our organization. Beyond her professional achievements, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and actively engaging in local charity projects.

Our Admin Coordinator was born in Colombia and pursue a degree in International Business. She is our go-to expert for seamless office operations and exceptional tenant relations. Outside the office, Gabriela cherishes family time, delights in playing with her dog Lucky, engages in creative craft projects, and actively contributes to her community.

She specializes in bringing a strong commitment to maintain homes to the highest standards. Claudia was born in Colombia and raised in New York. With a 26-year marriage and three children, she has a rich personal background that complements her professional journey.

He ensures a smooth experience for both tenants and landlords. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, movies, relaxing at home, and exploring new culinary experiences.
